Shipping policy

All BinderLabzzz products are custom laser-engraved to order. Please allow 5-10 business days for production before your order ships. Production time may be longer for bulk orders, Top Load customs, or during high-volume periods around major TCG events.

We ship nationwide within the United States via USPS and DHL Express, with rates calculated at checkout based on your address and package weight.

Local pickup may be available for customers in the Orlando, FL area or at Pokémon TCG shows we attend across Florida — contact us at binderlabzzz@gmail.com to arrange pickup before ordering.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Production and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur during high-volume periods or due to carrier issues outside our control.
